Yasmeen Ayyashi - Formless

Former Plazm intern Yasmeen Ayyashi has a solo exhibition exploring the form, or formlessness of an identity. The interactive installation is comprised of print, sculpture, and sound. Opening Wednesday, April 29, 2009 in an abandonded factory reborn as a womb.

The Cardboard Cobbler

A folk-singer, tupperware slinger, and all-round queer icon, Phranc also makes quirky art out of the most mundane material: cardboard. She makes moustaches, hearts, and the hilarious Phancy Pants Air Freshner. See her creations here. It is inspiring to see what a little ingenuity can do.
